The 2024 A2 Jazz Fest
This year’s edition of the A2 Jazz Fest has several notable acts, starting with Joshua Redman’s Quartet featuring Gabriell Cavassa at the Ark on October 3 and ending with vocalist Dee Dee Bridgewater and master pianist Bill Charlap at the Blue LLama on October 6. Redman is a very exciting tenor player as he showed recently at the Detroit Jazz Festival. Others include drummer Gayelynn McKinney and her trio on October 5.
