SEMJA Youth Workshop March 11

SEMJA will present its second Youth Jazz Workshop on Saturday, March 11, at the Bird of Paradise in Ann Arbor from 2 to 4 p.m. Last yearís workshop was a great success with the attending students and we expect no less this year. The legendary Detroit jazz educator and saxophonist Ernie Rodgers will be this yearís clinician and he will direct an improvisation workshop directed mainly, but not only, to area Middle and High School Students. Students are encouraged to bring their instruments and are asked to pay a $3 admission fee. Parents are admitted at no cost. Please call 734-662-8514 for more information.
