Linda Yohn Celebrates her 25th at WEMU
SEMJA congratulates Linda Yohn for her 25 years with WEMU-FM as program host and music director. She joined the station on the air on Memorial Day 1987 and has been an important voice in developing its programming over the years. Jazz and blues have always been part of the mix, but other musics (Cuban, Brazilian, Roots) have been added under her direction.
Yohn has also been a SEMJA board member for most of those years. Yohn’s achievements were noted by Kevin Ransom in a recent article in www.annarbor.com.
