A poignant highlight of Olivia Van Goor’s performance at the seventh annual Kimmie Horne Jazz Festival August 12 featured songs dedicated to recently passed musicians Ahmad Jamal and Burt Bacharach. Van Goor was accompanied by the Scott Gwinnell Trio (above). Horne’s dynamic performance (left) concluded the two-day event.
